Modern people process huge amounts of information every day. For these purposes, as a rule, a computer is used. As a result, the eyes are in a strained state almost all the time. They tire quickly, which often causes vision problems.
It should be understood that the visual organs also need rest. After all, overwork leads to dryness and redness. As a result, visual acuity may decrease.
To relieve fatigue, strengthen the eye muscles, you can use special eye exercises.
Like any type of gymnastics, eye exercises are useful if done correctly for a long time. They focus on training, relaxing and strengthening the eye muscles.
In each exercise, two or three approaches are enough. Between exercises, blink rapidly.
"Letter from the Nose"
This exercise is considered a warm-up. It relieves tension in the eyes and neck muscles. The exercise is performed in a sitting position.
At first, you should relax and close your eyes. Then imagine that there is a pen at the end of the nose. The eyes should not be strained. It is important to move through the air with an imaginary pen, imagining the process of writing or drawing.
"Palmer"
To perform such a visual exercise, you need to relax, sit up straight, cover your eyes with your hands so that the center of the right palm is even with the right pupil. The same condition must be observed on the left. The palms should not be strongly pressed to the face. It is allowed to cross the fingers on the forehead or place them side by side, as it is more convenient.
It is important that there are no "slots" that allow light to pass through. If all the rules are followed, the eyelids should be lowered. The eyes should be closed and protected by the palms. This will ensure complete relaxation of the visual organs.
"By Your Fingers"
The arms should be bent at the elbows, while stretching the palms with open fingers at the same level as the eyes. Then you need to gently turn your head to the right and left, look into the distance through your fingers. No need to dwell on specific objects. Correct execution of the exercises will give the impression that the arms are moving. You need to complete three turns, opening and then closing your eyes. Repeat the exercise 25 to 30 times. You need to breathe calmly.
"Move to the Side"
In this exercise, you have to move seven times for each eye from left to right, up and down, up and down and up and down, right to right and left to right. Then the gaze should be directed to the upper left corner of the room and gently move the eyes to the lower right corner. Then do the opposite. Perform each movement seven times. The pace is not important. For the best effect, you can connect the fantasy. For example, trying to describe a semi-circle at a glance, a certain geometric figure or just randomly rotating the eyeballs in order to get a clear picture.
"Great Circle"
Such a gymnastic complex is simple. Its essence is to perform the usual circular movements with the help of the eyes. But the head must remain still.
You must imagine a large dial in front of you. Then slowly look around you in a circle, first clockwise, then counter-clockwise, noting each number. The drawn line should not be interrupted. With each workout, you need to increase the radius of this imaginary circle. At the end of the exercise, you need to blink.
"Eight"
The head should remain still. Movement is only allowed with the eyes. A glance is to describe the horizontal number "eight". The pattern created in the air should be large. But the eye muscles cannot be overloaded.
Movements should be performed several times, changing direction alternately.
"Tension of gaze"
To perform this exercise, bring the tip of a ballpoint pen or other small object up to your eyes. All details should be seen clearly. The gaze must be maintained for a moment on the corresponding subject. The oblique muscles of the eye and ring finger - will strain to the limit. With the right exercise, the elongation of the eyeball and the bulging of the lens will reach a maximum value. After that, the visual organs should be relaxed.
"Looking out the window"
A circle is glued to the glass, the diameter of which is three to five millimeters. It is placed at a distance of about thirty centimeters from the face. It should be at eye level. Then you should find an arbitrary distant object that enters the area of the circle, and alternately look from that object to the circle, then back. Another option would be to stare for ten seconds at a tree or pole outside the window. Then you should look carefully at the wrist or palm. So repeat 15 times.
"Focal adjustment"
To perform this exercise, you need to focus your eyes on the finger, located at a distance of 40-50 centimeters from the face. Then, alternately bring it closer and move it to an outstretched hand. The approximation should be as close as possible. Repeat this complex ten times. The finger can be moved from left to right, as well as diagonally.
Eyebrow relaxation
This exercise will be the perfect complement to the gymnastics of the visual organs. Often, after a busy day at work, a person closes their eyes and feels like their eyebrows are crawling over their eyelashes. But in children, this phenomenon does not occur, despite the long stay at the monitor. They can enjoy the colors of the world around them for a long time.
This manipulation will help get rid of the heaviness of the eyebrows. Eyebrows should be raised slowly, as high as possible. As a result, the ears should strain. This sensation must be remembered, because then it will have to be obtained without making movements with the eyebrows.
The systematic implementation of such exercises, combined with a good mood, will help everyone to observe the bright colors of the world around them with wide open eyes. It is important to take care of the health of the visual organs and pay attention to them on a daily basis. Do not stop if the improvement in vision has become noticeable. It is necessary to systematically engage in the restoration of the function of the visual organs. This will give you the maximum effect.
